How To Clean Your Plasma TV Stand

How To Clean Your Plasma TV Stand

There are a couple way to clean your Plasma TV Stand, you can use antistatic spray like you use on computer screens or if you decide to use a cleaner, i’d spray it on the paper towel or towel that you will wipe it down with (to avoid inadvertently spraying the screen). But i usually just use my dry, cotton cloth that i wipe the screen down with and it gets rid of the dust-for a day or so.

Why they always dusty, it’s due to static electricity attracting the dust. The other way I solved it was to wall mount the TV. Oh, and by the way you don’t have to pay silly prices for a wall bracket, a very well known web shopping site has a great bracket that will take up to a 63inch plasma for about 20 quid, alternatively it’s also simple to knock one together with a couple of wooden battens cut at an angle to each other.

Refrain from Using the Static Image Picture

No matter how much you love the pause button on the Tivo or DVD player, avoid leaving the screen in a static image mode. This process expends a lot of energy and actually increases the burn rate of the bulbs that are working overtime to sustain the image. If you need to take a break, you’re better off turning the television off completely rather than pushing the pause button.
